Due to their ambitious growth plans, my client is looking to add a Grant Writer to their team. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of innovative clients and the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the role.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Grant Writer:

* To write a persuasive grant application that explains in detail why their proposed project should receive grant funding.
* Communicate with clients to gather information on their proposed project, whilst guiding on how the project could be optimised for grant funding
* Conduct in-depth market research in the client's subject matter
* Support the Directors and wider team to help facilitate business growth

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Grant Writer:

* Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

* Exposure to academic writing, such as degree level is highly desirable
* An interest in Innovation, Science and Technology
* The desire to fully embed in to a high performance team environment

Salary: £24k - 30k per year
