Key Staff was initially founded as a Care Agency in 2000. Key Staff aims to provide a quality service and reliability hard to find with other agencies. Following the success of the Care Agency and the growing demands of its client base, Key Staff registered as a Nursing Agency in 2003 to provide a full service to Nursing & Residential Homes for the elderly, Learning Disability services for younger adults and Independent Hospitals for those with enduring mental health problems. Today Key Staff is regarded as a reliable support network which works in partnership with a variety of organisations including those in the private sector, NHS and not for profit. Not only does it offer the service of a Nursing Agency, but it also operates a training centre ensuring that Key Staff can always be guaranteed to have up to date skills and practice, offering flexibility to its clients. Key Staff’s robust recruitment process ensures a reliable and committed workforce. A stringent checking process ensures all Key Staff personnel are trained and qualified accordingly.
