Westonbirt Leisure manage Westonbirt Schools prestigious Health and Fitness facilities which include an Indoor Swimming Pool, Fitness Suite, Aerobic Studio, Large Indoor Sports hall and a 9 hole Golf Course.
An enthusiastic, confident communicator who can lead a small team is required to continue the very positive performance achieved within the last 3 years. Membership at the Sports Centre and Golf Course continues to grow, with team members providing a flexible approach to working hours which include evenings, early mornings and weekend shifts (currently 1 in 4).
The successful applicant is expected to have a minimum of 1 years leisure industry experience, although not necessarily gained within a Sports Centre.
An RLSS qualification, Pool plant and First Aid qualifications, along with experience of a membership database would be advantageous, although applications from individuals with exceptional customer service skills, willing to undertake further training, are also most welcome.
