Office Assistant - EM0604
Gloucester
Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting an amazing client in their search for a Office Assistant to support their team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fantastic organisation, in Gloucester.
DAY TO DAY:
- Meet and greet clients and staff.
- General office and administration duties.
- Diary management for senior staff members.
- Responsible key holder, opening the office.
- Supporting internal teams with daily tasks.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous Office/Reception experience is desirable.
- Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
- Great attention to detail.
Working hours - Monday - Friday, paying up to £27,000 per annum.
