Customer Account Executive - CAE
Tewkesbury
Are you an experienced Customer Account Executive seeking a new challenge?
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for an Customer Account Executive based in Tewkesbury to join their friendly and dynamic team.
DAY TO DAY:
- Be the key contact for all your customer accounts.
- Collaborate with varied internal and external departments.
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service via telephones and emails.
- Day-to-day administration.
- After care support on completion of sales
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems.
- Handling complaints and escalating to the appropriate internal departments when required.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Strong customer service and admin experience
- Account management experience is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working on CRM systems is desirable but not essential
- Able to manage and prioritise workload
- Great time management and organisational skills
Salary up between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
No Weekends and early finish on a Friday!
