HSE Engineer - JW-47174

Stonehouse

Are you an experienced Health and Safety specialist? If so, our client, an engineering company, are looking for a HSE Engineer with experience within the engineering and manufacturing sector, to work on their site in Stonehouse.  
 
Position - HSE Engineer  
Contract Type - Permanent
Location - Stonehouse
 
Responsibilities - HSE Engineer

- Contribute to supporting the HSE strategy onsite and ensure the company’s management system is in accordance with international standards.
- Implement and develop safety programs and HSE strategies.
- Identify and resolve non-conformances and raise NCR’s where necessary.
- Conduct COSHH Risk Assessments and audits when required.
- Drive improvements to HSE standards using relevant tools - Route cause analysis and 6S.

 
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Required - HSE Engineer

- NEBOSH National General Certification is required.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment required.
- Knowledge and experience with ISO9001 quality management standards.
