Calming the Mind - ESOL

Are you currently learning how to speak English? Do you also struggle with stress, anxiety, depression and low moods? This course is aimed at asylum seekers, refugees and speakers of other languages, to help improve conversational English skills whilst also learning yoga, mindfulness, meditation and breathwork and mindful art.

- Unemployed/earning below £20,319 a year

- Mental health challenges (includes substance misuse)
- Learning difficulty or disability
