Hays Education is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher to join our team. As a supply teacher, you'll play a crucial role in supporting schools during teacher absences. Your flexibility and passion for education will have a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across various subject areas and age groups.


• Maintain a positive classroom environment.


• Adapt to different school settings and follow the lesson plans provided.


• Foster student growth and development.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Experience working in secondary education.


• Strong classroom management skills.


• Ability to build rapport with students and staff.
