Junior Account Manager
Cheltenham
Meri Meri is an award-winning children’s lifestyle brand that specialises in high end party, accessories, play and home. We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our small but expanding sales team based in Cheltenham. The position will be working primarily with our international distributors and the ideal candidate will have experience in sales and account management.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
Represent Meri Meri with a positive and can-do attitude
Generate sales among the client accounts
Manage customer orders and requirements in a timely fashion
Understand the individual needs for each account and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain/update customer files and complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly
Follow the company’s GDPR policies and adhere to customer confidentiality
Support the customer service team during busy periods
Skills & Qualifications of the ideal candidate:
Account management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills
Sales experience
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Excellent attention to detail is required
A friendly, outgoing manner
