Finance Business Partner
Cheltenham
The Vacancy
The Finance Business Partner role provides accurate and timely information, support and guidance to CBH colleagues and service teams. As a valued member of the team you will deliver a consistent, high quality project/management accounting support function primarily to internal stakeholders, focusing on financial and budget management. You will be an individual who is able to analyse complex financial data, write reports and communicate well at all levels of internal management and with external stakeholders. You will be self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads, good attention to detail, getting it right first time.
Essential
Qualified/part-qualified or qualified by experience
Strong background in cost control, budgeting and forecasting
Demonstrable experience in data analysis and financial modelling
Good experience of using computerised financial systems and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working with colleagues at different levels
Desirable
Experience of working with Agresso Business World
Experience of financial housing development
Broad knowledge of the social housing sector
