SGS College have an exciting opportunity for an admin in the work based care department at our Stroud campus.

Job description

Contract Type: Permanent and Full time

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Work closely with Programme Lead, assessors and tutors to provide administrative support in tracking learners using advanced excel spreadsheet skills
Undertake general office duties, including word processing, managing incoming and outgoing emails, updating online platforms EQUAL and Smart Assessor, confidential filing, and other similar duties
Generation of letters, tracking forms and reminders for learners, and reporting further actions to the Programme Lead or other appropriate members of staff
Organizing meetings, preparing agendas and all relevant data, taking minutes, collating and circulating papers.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
Experience of working with financial systems
12 Months’ experience in an administrative capacity
Excellent IT skills and competent use of MS Office software especially Microsoft Excel
