Inside Sales Co-ordinator


The Kinshofer Group, is a highly successful, fast-growing manufacturing and engineering Company in the Attachment market with Global distribution and dealer networks. Kinshofer Group manufacture innovative hydraulic attachments used with excavators, cranes and associated construction equipment. Kinshofer UK is responsible for UK and RoI sales, distribution and technical support for Kinshofer, Demarec and RF Systems branded products.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and organised Inside Sales Co-ordinator to support our team to be the interface between the UK Sales Team and UK and European Operations teams. We are recruiting this role to streamline business processes - including order fulfilment and shipping process, general administration and supporting the operational running of the UK operation.

Working as a key part of the KUK team this role will support the business in growing sales and margin in the high potential UK and RoI market.

The desired Inside Sales Co-ordinator will demonstrate the Kinshofer values being professional and helpful in all interactions with customers, colleagues and visitors.

This is a full-time role based at our Hazleton offices, near Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering key process administration for elements of the operations and sales functions including:

          o Generation of sales orders and liaising with customers and the Sales team over specifications and lead times
          o Support to Sales team in generation of quotes
          o Receipting & despatching of goods
          o Ordering of products for customer demand and stock
          o Liaise with Kinshofer manufacturing facilities, sales teams and customers over delivery schedules
          o Assist the After Sales and Sales teams in supporting customers
          o Physical/electronic maintenance of filing systems
          o Co-ordinating logistics

  • Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
  • All employees are responsible for ensuring company resources are used in an effective manner to ensure best operating costs
  • Other duties or activities may be assigned to the Inside Sales Manager according to the requirements of customers, the sales team and the Kinshofer UK business

Key Attributes:

  • Experience in an operations environment with previous experience in technical sales administration
  • Someone who is focused on delivering and responding to customer needs and requirements
  • Someone who is keen to work flexibly with varied work as part of a busy team
  • Someone who can manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks
  • Have confident initiative and can-do attitude
  • Have a thorough, detailed and highly organised approach with a desire for process improvement
