Office Administrator

Cheltenham

Overview:
Multi-tasking administrative role within a busy and productive administrative team.

Tidal Training Ltd is a national high quality healthcare training provider providing a Covid secure, inclusive and engaging work environment. The most suitable candidate will be multi-talented, calm and precise.

We seek another member to join our admin team to support our busy office.


Essential and Preferred Skills:
 We’re looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder who enjoys speaking with clients and being part of a team. Someone who has some office experience would be an advantage.
 Candidates should have a strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a small, quiet and busy team.
 Basic computer skills are needed with printing of word, PDFs, and confidence with excel and email.
 A methodical manner, attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
 The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, willingness to learn and a positive self-motivated attitude.

Key Duties
 Printing, collating and posting of course pack paperwork as well as organising training kit for practical sessions
 Speaking with clients, building and maintaining relationships
 Receiving and reviewing course feedback and saving feedback records
 Creating online surveys
 Creating registers for webinar courses
 Setting up zoom meetings
 Creating, filing, and sending certificates
 Filing and recording attendee lists/registers for courses delivered
 Responsible for keeping record of open course attendees and registers as well as point of -contact for open course queries and potential bookings
 Attending open courses to welcome attendees and provide support for the onsite trainer
 Responding to ad-hoc tasks to support the team when needed

 Carrying stationery and practical medical training kit deliveries up stairs into the office.

Package: Generous salary above National Living Wage with holidays, workplace pension
and great career opportunities after 6-month probation period.
Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
