Office Administrator - starting salary of £19.5k


An exciting new vacancy has opened up at the largest and most successful Private Medical Insurance Broker in Gloucestershire, established in 1996. We are seeking a full-time, experienced Administrator to join the team here at the Private Healthcare Company!


• Providing administrative support to the sales team.
• Handling all incoming correspondence, responding to emails, letters and phone calls.
• Writing letters and typing accurate reports and notices.
• Maintaining accurate client and customer records.
• Liaising with clients.
• Answering all customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
• Arranging post orders for collection daily.
• All administration duties as required.


• Strong IT skills and knowledge.
• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and dedication.
• A self-motivated and ambitious personality.
• First-rate organisation and time management skills.
• Financial services experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
