Conveyancing Assistant

Conveyancing Assistant is a hugely varied role that is integral role for the smooth running of the team.

You will be required to work within a team as follows:
1. Dealing with incoming calls, providing updates and dealing with basic queries
2. Providing quotes
3. Opening files
4. Drafting initial paperwork
5. Client ID checks
6. Processing papers
7. Issuing draft contracts
8. Ordering searches
9. General administration

Preferred attributes:
1. Friendly and polite telephone manner
2. Good communication and grammar skills
3. Be able to use Word and a case management system
4. Well-organised
5. Can work well within a team
6. Can work well under pressure

This opportunity provides an excellent insight into the daily running of the business and provides an excellent platform to move onto other administrative, legal assistant/secretarial responsibilities.
