Sales Administrator


Deroma is a market leading manufacturer and supplier of garden pots to the UK market. We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and flexible individual:

You will be responsible for receiving calls from customers and our sales representatives, processing orders, dealing with queries and data inputting. 

You will need to have excellent communication skills, be a team player and have the confidence to work on your own initiative. You will also need a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Experience in stock management & barcodes, would be an advantage.

Duties and responsibilities:
 Provide detailed administrative support to key customers & sales people.
 Preparation and completion of sales orders to agreed lead-times.
 Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are processed on time.
 Maintain good client relations through excellent customer service.
 Booking transport requirements with existing logistics providers.
Key Requirements:
 Strong customer service and administration skills
 Ability to manage and prioritise your own work load adhering to relevant deadlines
 Excellent organisational skills
 High level of accuracy and attention to detail
 Strong knowledge of all Microsoft packages

 Hours 8.30 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday
