Project Coordinator

Nationwide

Pro has an exciting new vacancy for a Project Coordinator to join our busy IT team with a variety of new and ongoing projects on a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational abilities wishing to work within a project team environment.


Pro operates a hybrid working policy with regard to location and remote working, and this role will require travel to the London and Gloucester Pro offices, as and when required.

 

The successful candidate will be adding value to the global organisation by supporting the IT team. Vital work will need to be completed through maintaining a clear communication channel and assisting with the implementation of Project Management Best Practice and the creation of reports and dashboards to monitor internal program and project progress against firm objectives.

 

Skills and Responsibilities:


We are looking for a confident, organised and professional individual whose role will be responsible for:
• Providing Project support to clients through effective communication and excellent organisational skills
• Creating dashboards for regular reporting and using PowerPoint pulling together and manipulating data in spreadsheets and into reports
• Liaising with internal and external clients, delivering a high-quality service that meets their requirements
• Creating high customer satisfaction that would be measured through business verticals feedback
• Arranging meetings, taking minutes and other ad-hoc work as and when required
• Tracking a portfolio of internal change projects
• Knowledge and experience of working in the insurance industry advantageous

 

Written and verbal competencies:


• Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and produce results
• The ability to multi-task in order to meet several objectives in the same timeframe
• Enthusiastic and driven individual
• A conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work; maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients
• Proven MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Outlook).

Salary: £25-35K Pro rata

Hours Per Week: 37.5
