About the role:

We are looking for up to 32 hours Team Administrator, to help provide an efficient reception, clerical and administration service for our Stroud Locality Team, based in Stroud, within Adult Social Care.

As a Team Administrator, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive support service to the wider Social Care team and work towards meeting the needs of the wider community.

About you:

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a busy office environment. You must be a competent user of Microsoft Office. You will be taking calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public, so a professional telephone manner is a must. You will be using Liquid Logic system so knowledge of this would be beneficial, however training will be provided.

If you are proactive with excellent administration skills and enjoy working within a team, then this could be the ideal role for you.
