Part-time Office/Team Coordinator


Having been established for over 10 years, George-Stone Gardens provides a complete design, build and maintenance service delivered by in-house teams to our customers in the Gloucestershire area.

Due to the continued success of the company, an opportunity has arisen for an office coordinator who has initiative and loves to take the pressure and admin side of things away from the directors and managers. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a strong organiser, confident, adaptable and can think on their feet. The role is one that will grow, due to the continued expansion of the organisation.

Experience and expertise would ideally include:

  • Experience in customer care and administrative role with good IT skills (Previous use of CRM systems such as Hubspot, Jobber or work management systems, MS Office)
  • Organisational and problem solving skills, the initiative to improve systems and processes
  • The ability to ‘make things happen’ and being proactive
  • Care and attention to detail.
  • Managing a busy workload including scheduling team rotas and ordering materials/services

Key Responsibilities would likely include:

  1. Communicating closely with the rest of the team to ensure projects and schedules are running smoothly
  2. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  3. Dealing with emails and queries
  4. Organising company events e.g. staff BBQ’s and get togethers
  5. Maintaining stock levels and sundries
