Team Administrator - MM276



Ideal permanent opportunity to join a thriving company based in Stonehouse that can offer excellent career opportunities.


Full training will be provided, and this company may offer hybrid working of up to 2 days pw working from home once the candidate is trained and settled into the role.



-Maintaining Team mailbox

-Logging the CVR requests from estimating, construction, and design departments on Focal Point

ensuring accuracy of the records

-Clarifying CVR requests and confirm this with the business CVR originators

-Assist with prioritising workflow to ensure contract variation deadlines/SLA’s are achieved

-Maintaining projects CVR’s documentation within our servers

-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

-Take calls for the company and CCT department

-Always ensure clear communication with internal and external customers

-Communicate and build relationships with the CCT Engineers and CCT Manager to be able to provide the required support they need

-Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents & information

-Be fully aware of the markets in which the business operates

-Any other duties as required by the Change Control Team Manager


Candidate Attributes:

- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task

- Well organised

- Strong communications skills

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team

- Previous administration experience desirable but not essential


Salary – Very competitive salary plus an attractive benefits package including

Hours – Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
