Accounts Administrator - Part Time, Temporary


SK Heating and Cooling Ltd are a leading refrigeration, air conditioning and heating company based in Gloucester.  We are looking for a part time, temporary,  Accounts Administrator to join our expanding business.

20 hours per week (Tues to Friday – 5 hours per day)

9 months temporary contract- 1st July 22 to 31st March 23 (to cover maternity leave) with potential opportunity for a permanent position due to continuing business growth.

Main duties to include:

  • Sales ledger
  • Sales invoice processing
  • Sage & CRM data inputting
  • Credit Control & payment allocation (Sage)
  • WIP processing
  • Petty Cash
  • Customers/suppliers queries (telephone/email)
  • CIS verifications/processing
  • Plus other accounts duties as required

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Sage Accounts experience (essential)
  • Previous sales ledger experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • AAT qualification or equivalent(desired but not essential)
