Ageas Insurance are looking for a keen and inquisitive Database Marketing & Reporting Analyst to join our Insight & Propositions function. The Database Marketing & Reporting Analyst will support the execution of data-driven reporting dashboards & campaign execution (e.g. in-life customer engagement, customer value & retention activity) in support of our Direct and Broker & Partnerships teams
The successful Database Marketing & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for multi-channel campaign execution, reporting and analysis and tracking campaign effectiveness with specific channel performance within integrated campaigns. They will support in the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards that will enable insight into areas such as trading/retention performance and customer profiles across our Distribution channels helping the business to make informed business decisions in a timely manner.
These data-led insights will help Ageas to understand their customers, provide more personalised campaigns and ultimately help simplify insurance for our customers – as per our strategy. The Database Marketing & Reporting Analyst opportunity at Ageas could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Here are some of the main responsibilities of the Database Marketing & Reporting Analyst:.
Continually develop, measure, and optimise campaign and portfolio testing processes. Identify and implement new and innovative campaigns for customer engagement and retention, gaining buy-in from marketing & operations to see the campaigns through to delivery.
Collaborate with the wider Analytics and Insight Team to ensure value and propensity models are applied to campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved. Regularly review model performance and identify opportunities to apply analytics and customer insight/profiling to develop and improve campaign performance
Ensure customer contact rules and suppressions are embedded in all outbound programs
Develop & maintain campaign reporting MI in order to review and monitor data-driven campaign performance to drive performance improvements. Building on reporting and dashboards with insight to drive business decisions
Support the quality checking of data processes that support feeds in and out of the marketing SCV in a compliant way
Support in the creation of data driven dashboards and insight, including trading, retention, customer profiling etc
Here is some of the knowledge, skills and experience required to be successful in the Database Marketing & Reporting Analyst role:
Experience across a range of insight techniques including statistical data analysis, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, primary and secondary insight techniques, campaign management and evidence of delivering insight projects with measurable outcomes
Skills and experience in using the MS office suite (particularly Excel and Powerpoint) is essential as well as experience in the use of SAS and SQLreporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, data exploration tools such as SAS and marketing analytics tools such as Faststats suite would be advantageous
Highly collaborative with good stakeholder management
Ability to summarise a large volume of complex information into clear and engaging communications, presentations and reports
Organised with strong problem-solving skills – always wanting to find the reason why.
