Apprentice - Property Maintenance

Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

We are looking to employ a Property Maintenance Level 2 Apprentice.  Successful completion of this programme may lead to permanent employment and a gateway to a great career.

We are looking to recruit for an immediate start and then the successful candidate will be registered for a 2-year, Level 2 Property Maintenance Apprenticeship course at Gloscol on day release for one day a week, starting in September.

The primary role of a Property Maintenance Operative is to optimise the condition of our properties to a high standard, ensuring the buildings are safe at all times.  Property Maintenance Operatives need to maintain a high level of quality and provide maximum satisfaction to the users of our facilities.  They will learn and understand the mechanism of building, including electrical, plumbing, plant safety systems and equipment.They will also deliver the first and immediate response to fault-finding, maximising quality and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
