Account Manager

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000

Location: Cheltenham/Field Based

 

Endsleigh partners with over 300 student accommodation providers across the UK which include University owned, Purpose Built Halls and small private letting agent accommodation. Through these partnerships Endsleigh protects over 500,000 students. This role will be a dedicated partnership executive assigned to manage and grow a portfolio of student accommodation providers located across the Midlands and South of the UK, including Wales.

 

The Team

This role will sit within the Education team here at Endsleigh and you will work with the existing team to ensure the retention and growth of existing partners within the Education sector. This role will be focused on relationship management across the Education sector, focusing on University, College and student accommodation provider partnerships.

 

The Role of the Account Manager

The role will require management, retention and growth of University, College and student accommodation provider partnerships based in the Mid/South of the UK. This will include introducing new products and propositions to providers, embedding the respective operational framework to deliver exceptional and consistent service. To fully embrace the company’s brand values and working culture.

 

The key accountabilities of the Account Manager will also include:

Annual partner retention and growth.
Develop channels to support individual student enquiry and build brand awareness within the education sector.
Identifying new opportunities and implementing new strategies in order to exceed your performance objectives.
Identifying and developing new relationships across the sector.
A focus on developing existing and secure new partnerships, with delivery of personal KPI’s which contribute to the overall team sector targets.
To ensure quality business is undertaken to protect insurer loss ratios, customer satisfaction and target achievement. 
Deliver service level agreements with partners via effective partnership management for allocated partners within the Sector.


The Person

The appropriate candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport. As well as:

Previous partnership management experience.
Previous track record of delivering growth.
Ability to spot and identify opportunities and provide solutions.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer management skills.
Ambitious and driven to excel at targets and achieving profitability.
Negotiating and influencing skills.
Resilience, dedicated with high personal integrity.
Planning and organisational skills.
Self-motivated and results orientated.
Although not compulsory, previous experience of working within Higher Education or the student accommodation sector is preferred.
