Recruitment Consultant - MSVR21

Chase Associates have been supporting businesses throughout Gloucestershire and the South West since 1994. We've seen a steadily increasing demand in our services over the past 6 months and are now looking for a new member to join our team to continue the company's growth.  

As one of our Recruitment Consultants you’ll be a key member of our team, responsible for developing new business, building on existing relationships and providing an exceptional service to our clients.

The role will include: -

  • Telesales and Client meetings to identify new recruitment opportunities
  • Development of business within an existing client base
  • The Recruitment and supply of temporary and permanent staff to businesses throughout the County
  • Running advertising campaigns, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Associated administration
  • Hours of work are 8am – 5:30pm Monday through to Friday

You will need: -

  • A proven track record of developing new business within a telesales or field sales environment
  • Excellent administration and communication skills
  • High standards in customer service and a commitment to deliver these
  • Drive, enthusiasm and commitment to succeed
  • A full driving license and your own car

In return we will offer: -

  • Basic £20,000 - £25,000pa (OTE £25 - £30k)
  • 20 days holiday rising to 25 after 3 years service

Whilst previous experience within the recruitment industry would be an advantage it is not essential
