Business Development Executive


Job Role:

• Position: Business Development Executive
• Location: Cheltenham
• Term: Full Time (following probationary period)
• Pay: £9.00 per hour + Commission
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Your role as a Business Development Executive:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be expected to lead on maintaining and promoting the company’s online profile and presence on various social media and online platforms. The candidate will also be responsible for generating new leads and business development opportunities which lead to the generation of sales. Sales will be linked to commission.

Bespoke OEM is a leading exotic automotive parts company located in Cheltenham operating as an online business. We have built our client base all over the country and across the globe providing luxury car parts for a range of purposes. It is imperative that all BespokeOEM products are treated with care. Our environment can be fast paced and dynamic given the exciting industry we are based within and we expect our candidate to thrive within this environment.

Main roles and responsibilities:
• Actively generate new business leads for sales
• Maintain profiles on social media
• Promote company on online platforms
• Create marketing material
• Keep up to date on latest car market trends
• Seek opportunities to help grow and develop the business
• Understand nature of the car market industry
• Gain an understand and expertise on the parts offered by the company
The position will at times entail the Business Development Executive to carry out tasks which are not exclusive to the above.

Essential Skills/Experience
• Previous experience in the car industry is essential
• Candidate must be enthusiastic about the car industry
• Current knowledge on the car market is essential
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Media and graphic related experience will be beneficial
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Good all round communication skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude

• 21 days Annual Leave
• Onsite parking
• Future opportunities to progress to Manager

Job Duties:
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent sales techniques
• Produce high quality marketing material
• Proactive attitude and ability to generate sales
