Digital Optimisation Executive



As a key member of the Marketing team you will closely support the Website & Optimisation Manager & wider E-Commerce team to continuously improve brand and customer experience through digital best practice. You will also have strong collaborative working relationships with the wider marketing team, to ensure messaging and campaigns are aligned and are optimised for improved online conversion.


Within the role you will design, manage, implement, and optimise Endsleigh’s website and online quote journeys. Effective development of Endsleigh’s digital strategies for website and quote journeys will ensure that they contribute to, and complement, the business objectives and performance targets.

Whilst designing and developing strategies you will also be responsible for important analysis across full digital user journeys. This will include performance analysis of CRO tests to demonstrate ROI and conversion against key metrics.

Other key accountabilities will include:

•Creating intelligent customer-focused observations and hypotheses for test, showing insight and forecast to improve online quotes and conversion, running concurrent A/B tests and MVT
•Planning, forecasting and delivery of CRO tests and implementation across B2B and B2C products.
•Work confidently with internal stakeholders & agencies to understand our business objectives and performance around optimisation and digital performance
•Consider how to implement change for conversion across our e-commerce channels & company website, ensuring delivery of an ROI-focussed approach to all activity


We are looking for someone with a keen interest in marketing, who has previous experience in this industry. You should also demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, which will aid in the management of multiple digital channels across differing products.

Ideally you will:
•Displaying accuracy and attention to detail

•Relevant experience working with digital platforms including but not limited to; VWO, Google Analytics, Session Cam, Google Search Console, Brightedge.
•Interest and strong knowledge of website optimisation and development, including: content management systems, HTML and website journeys.
•Excellent knowledge of A/B test and MVT platforms.
•Planning, analytical and prioritisation skills with a high capacity to learn and develop and to think strategically and analytically.

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000

Hours Per Week: 35
