*Care Assistants - Part-Time and Full-Time roles*

Covering Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Cotswolds and extended Gloucestershire

About Person Centred Care

Person Centred Care is an established in-home care company that covers the areas of Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Cotswolds and extended Gloucestershire.

We believe that every individual has different needs, and therefore, to be able to provide the right care service and support, the person must be an equal partner in the planning of their care. Being person-centred means that we think about the effect of what we are doing on the person as a whole, andthat we always have their safety, comfort and well-being uppermost in our minds.

People using care services should be equal partners in planning, developing, and monitoring care to make sure it always meets their needs.  This means putting people and their families, at the centre of decisions and seeing them as experts, working alongside the professionals to get the right care service plan.

The Role

As one of our Care Assistants, you will provide care and support to our clients in their own home in a variety of ways, based on their individual circumstances. This can include companionship and personal care, overseeing medication, being involved with meal preparation, and some light domestic duties.

Our Care Assistants are expected to get to know the people they are caring for and understand exactly what they want and need.  When you do this, it helpsour clients achieve things that they wouldn’t be able to do by themselves, allowing them to live as independently as possible.

Working for Person Centred Care

Ultimately, its people who make the difference, and the only way to create great service and experience for our clients is with great people. This is only possible with folks who really enjoy their job and are dedicated to solving our client’s challenges. We have developed a culture that we believe really is unique, and in doing this we have created a dynamic and fun approach to ensuring that our carers deliver the best quality experience to our clients. We are not just looking for people who are exceptional at what they do, we want people who will help us to continue, and develop further, our culture.
