Care and Support Assistant - 2 x 18 hours per week, varied shift pattern

Guild House Residential Care Home, Gloucester

What are we looking for?

We are keen to recruit people who share our values of dignity, respect, good communication and who are compassionate and hardworking – with a minimum of 6 months experience in a care setting for older people and preferably with a Care Certificate or an NVQ/QCF Level 2.

Post details:

• 18 hours per week minimum (additional hours available)
• Shifts: Mixture of earlies, lates and every other weekend required. These roles are to cover annual leave and other vacant shifts, so shifts will change on a regular basis. 3 x 6 hour shifts will be required each week, to be set 4 weeks in advance. Additional hours available.

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our friendly Care and Support Team at Guild House.Our Home specialises in supporting older people with care and support needs, to live as full and independent lives as possible, with the support of a well-trained team of staff.
