Job Summary:
The Health Care Support Worker will assist individuals with physical, mental, and emotional needs to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care: hygiene, mobility, feeding
- Daily assistance: household tasks, appointments, budgeting
- Emotional support: companionship, social engagement
- Healthcare: medication, therapy support, health monitoring
- Documentation: care records, incident reporting
- Team collaboration and communication
Requirements:
- Care Certificate
- Practical Basic Life Support and Manual Handling (BLS & MH)
- Mental Health training
- Manual UK driver’s licence
