Maintenance Operative
Cheltenham
Cheltenham Site with Travel around Gloucestershire | Flexible Hours | Permanent
£13.50/hour
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or repair roles
- Hands-on skills across basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry, or general repairs
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
Nice To Have:
- Experience working in commercial or residential property maintenance
- Trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)
- Health & Safety awareness or training
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across sites
- Ensuring buildings and equipment are safe, tidy, and compliant
- Responding to reactive jobs as well as scheduled preventative maintenance
- Working with a supportive team to deliver excellent service
- Representing the business with professionalism at all times
