Full-time, Part-time and sessional positions available

Salary £17,000 - £19,000 per annum + benefits (pro rata for part-time positions)

Sessional rate £8.50 per hour (with a review after six months and possible increase up to £10 per hour).


Our dedicated Caretaker team provide health, safety and building related support to homeless young people at our designated accommodation units.  As part of the new CCP Facilities Team, they provide 24 hour cover to assist our Support Workers to provide a package of support to vulnerable young people by helping to keep them safe by ensuring that the buildings are well maintained and staffed at all times.

Their first duty is to ensure that our vulnerable residents are safe within the building by being on hand to resolve issues as they arise and by proactively undertaking necessary checks and remedial maintenance as required.  They are an integral part of creating a welcoming and safe home environment for homeless young people which is pivotal in supporting their journey towards stability and independence.
