Gloucester

Contract: Permanent

Annual Leave: 25 days per year plus bank holidays

About the Job Role

This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the continued success of this thriving social enterprise. The GRC is an established charity underpinning Gloucestershire’s arts, play, education and cultural communities through its core services and community hub.

This role will contribute to the development and sustainability of the core services and City Works, and provide leadership and motivation for the staff team. It is a wide ranging role leading a small team so it will always be hands on alongside a high level of administrative and organisational tasks.

Key components of the job include governance, compliance, operations, financial controls, and fundraising.

The successful candidate will embrace the environmental challenges of the coming decade by championing the re-use scheme widely.

You understand the importance of re-use and you appreciate the value of play and participation in creative pursuits.

You are highly organised with the ability to multi-task, have excellent communication and negotiating skills.

Salary: £34K—£38K (pro rata) Plus 3% pension contribution
