Working with Diverse Communities in Gloucestershire

Gloucestershire County Council and over 50 voluntary community social enterprise (VCSE), public and private sector partners from across the county joined together and won over £5million funding to help the county's most vulnerable adults into work, training, or education; the project is jointly funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund.

The successful candidate will provide intensive day to day 1:2:1 support to GEM Project BAME participants to build their stability, confidence, motivation, and readiness to learn, and ultimately move them closer towards education, training, volunteering or work, including self-employment.
