Asset Value Coordinator - MM275
Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
Ideal permanent opportunity to join a thriving company based in Stonehouse that can offer excellent career opportunities.
This role reports to the Asset Value Manager (AVM) and is responsible for the management and delivery of Asset Value Claims. The key objective is to ensure that Asset values are claimed on a timely basis.
Full training will be provided and this company may offer hybrid working of up to 2 days pw working from home once the candidate is trained and settled into the role.
Responsibilities:
Management of the MPAN registers to ensure:
All AV claims are supported by MPAN registers
That applications for MPANs are chased up regularly
Management of the Asset Value Claim process to ensure:
Good relationships are maintained with Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs)
Asset Value claims are made on a timely basis
That company Project Managers are aware of the claim process and provide the appropriate supporting documentation in order to make claims
Overdue claims are chased with IDNOs
Finance team are advised of claims that are ready to be invoiced
Checking Asset Adoption Schedules
Reporting:
Maintenance of the claims databases (in Excel) in order to track progress:
AV Claim Tracker
AV Plots Energised
Construction KPI’s on plots energised monthly
To support the Financial Director and Asset Value Manager in other matters that arise from time to time
Candidate Attributes:
- Numerically minded
- Well organised
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Previous administration experience desirable but not essential
Salary – Very competitive salary plus an attractive benefits package including

Hours – Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Hours Per Week: 8.30am – 5pm
