Plasterer Improver
Cheltenham
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Plasterer/ multi skilled Improver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in plastering and a keen willingness to learn and develop their skills further. You will assist our skilled plasterers in various projects, helping to prepare surfaces, mix materials, and apply plaster under supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation and application of plastering materials.
- Learning and following best practices in plastering techniques.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols on site.
Requirements:
- Some experience in plastering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Ability to drive preferred.
