Aftermarket Customer Service Specialist

Cheltenham

It’s an exciting time to join our small passionate and ambitious team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused member of our team for our growing business. We are recruiting this role to interface with customers particularly on their after market requirements. The role will require strong organisational and customer support skills and a keenness to proactively administer the Aftermarket business. The successful candidate will be providing technical support to our customers, expediting orders through the fulfilment process and ordering spare parts to support our customers.

This is a full-time role based at our Hazleton offices, near Cheltenham.

Key responsibilities:
• Being the first point of contact for customers in regards to spare parts and technical support.
• Co-ordinating key stakeholders and processes to ensure customer requirement are achieved swiftly.
• Being a reliable, knowledgeable and friendly go to person for customers, dealers and distributors.
• Being a pro-active member of the team, supporting and and providing operational cover when required.
• Processing and expediting customer orders whilst providing regular updates to customers.
• To bring fresh eyes to the operations and sales processes - to explore and implement improvements.

About You:
• You will be an enthusiastic and calm individual who can listen to the customer, offering innovative and suitable solutions to their issues.
• You will ideally have experience in an operations environment with a technical interest.
• You will be keen to work flexibly with varied work as part of a busy team.
• You will be confident in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising workload.
• You will a can-do approach and be highly organised, always searching for continuous improvements and customer experience enhancements.
• Ideally you will have some technical experience or be able to demonstrate a technical interest and acumen.
• You will of course be confident in the use of computer systems
