Customer Service Advisor/Administrator


  • Provide an excellent customer service for new and existing customers, face to face and telephone
  • Effectively handle large volume of enquiries
  • Process customer orders
  • Maintain and update customer profiles
  • Support team members
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Confidently communicate product knowledge (in-house training will be given)
  • Training provided on in-house stock system

Skills & Qualifications required:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and telephone manner
  • Construction background desirable but not essential for the right candidate
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing team player

Hours of Work

  • Monday-Friday - 07.30am to 4.30pm
  • Alternate Saturdays - 07.30am to Midday
