My amazing client is currently looking for a confident and engaging person who has a passion for delivering great customer service and building rapport. My client is proud of their expert reputation and when you join their team as a Customer Service Consultant, that’s exactly what you’ll become – a trusted expert.

The Role:

Handling inbound calls
Spend time building rapport with customer, using your expertise to assist with their needs and convert into sales opportunities
Structured career path to promotion in place within the company

The Candidate:

Engaging individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service
No sales experience needed – training will be provided
Confident with inbound calls
Drive to hit targets
5 GCSE’S A-C (or equivalent) this must include a C in both Maths and English
