Customer Service Officer - CBC080


About the role…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Officer to join our busy team in Cheltenham.

You will be the initial point of contact for customers in respect of multiple services. You will be responsible for dealing with and escalating customer enquiries if necessary.

You will be able to work to tight deadlines and prescribed methods of working and have an excellent eye for detail.

To be successful you will need…

  • A minimum of 5 qualifications equivalent to NVQ level 2 or GCSE at Grade C/4 or above, must include Maths and English
  • Experience in customer service environment
  • Excellent active listening skills that demonstrate a customer focus and understanding and have the ability to interpret customer requests for information
  • Outstanding ICT and keyboard skills and the ability to simultaneously use multiple Microsoft, Google and bespoke systems
  • Customer focussed, demonstrates, a positive and pro-active attitude to customer care
