Qualified & Experienced Nursery Practitioner (Minimum Childcare Level 3)

Gloucester

Mountlands is a friendly private day nursery looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner for our Nursery.

Due to the ever-increasing popularity we are looking for another member to join our small fabulous existing team of staff.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Excellent communication and verbal skills
Experienced in nursery work
A hard worker
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and implementation
Excellent team worker
Enthusiasm and a passionate approach to early years development
Skills to deliver high quality early years education.
Plan, prepare and deliver play-based activities for their children
Be a proactive member of our team
Have a good research ethic
Certificates in First Aid, Child Protection and preferably Food Safety level 2

The nursery is committed to safeguarding, promoting the welfare of children, young people and expect all staff to share the same commitment.

Rate of pay is dependent on qualification and experience.

Hours of work will be 3-4 days per week. (Negotiable/Flexible to suit both parties.)

This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references..
