We’re looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join our Student Support team as a Student Support and Call Advisor. In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide accurate advice and guidance to students and visitors, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a high standard of service and helping signpost to other College departments for further support.

Package: 27 days annual leave, increasing to 32 days after 5 years, plus an additional 3 days during Christmas closure and auto enrolment into the Peoples Pension matched contribution scheme.
