Salary: £18,933 - £20,493 (£15,762 - £17,061 pro rata)(with the possibility of a higher grade following succession planning for Attendance)

Post includes membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme: Minimum of 27% Employers Pension contribution at current rates.

We require a Receptionist & Attendance/Events Administrator to join our friendly staff. This is a rare opportunity to join a strong and successful team.  The successful applicant will provide general administrative and reception support & specialist administrative provision for attendance and annual student related events occurring during the school year. As a school we can also offer a supportive, dynamic and professional environment where all members of the staff community work as one body, to support our children to thrive. 

The successful candidate will have good communication skills and the ability to work either as part of a team or independently. You will be flexible in your approach, a good listener and communicator, and have positive attitudes to young people. Good organisational and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) are also highly desirable.

The hours for this post are to be worked between 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (including a half hour lunch break).

The closing date for applications is Thursday 7th July 2022 at midday, however we would recommend an early application as we will be interviewing on a rolling basis as suitable candidates apply.
