What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping across sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers
• Reconciling supplier statements, bank transactions, and VAT submissions in Xero
• Preparing reports – including Aged Debtors/Creditors, payroll journals, and monthly summaries
• Handling credit control, customer accounts, and expense claims
• Running payroll and supporting finance admin for a small subsidiary
• Assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks and process improvements

What We’re Looking For
• Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in an SME environment
• Solid knowledge of Xero, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Able to prioritise workload and work independently
Bonus points if you have:
• Experience with Dext Prepare or Payroll Manager
• Familiarity with VAT, payroll, and reconciliations
• An interest in continuous improvement and efficiency
