About The Role

Grade E £24,982 - £27,041 pro rata pa
37 hours per week

This exciting opportunity gives the successful applicant an opportunity to deliver essential project and data management for the whole of environmental health, licensing and community safety while having the key responsibility for coordinating our community safety partnership.

You will deliver and develop dynamic resolutions to meet our statutory responsibilities in a service which is at the forefront for public protection, safeguarding and licensing and work closely with team leaders.

You should have:

Excellent IT and database skills with a desire to improve services to maximise efficiency specifically through the use of technology
Excellent customer focus and an ability to set, manage and meet deadlines
An awareness of environmental health, community safety and/or licensing
Financial understanding
The Borough of Tewkesbury is located in the north of Gloucestershire. It includes parts of the Severn Vale and the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and stretches south beyond the outskirts of Gloucester and Cheltenham, including areas of green belt. It has an excellent location at the heart of the motorway network. The area is predominantly rural in nature but includes a wide range of economic activity ranging from large multinationals to micro businesses.
