Working within a busy internal IT Department, your duties will include the following:

  • Developing Business Critical Reports
  • Maintaining and Supporting existing Business Critical Reports
  • Data manipulation using SQL, Excel
  • Working closely with Development Team to advise on operational needs and highlight opportunities for automation
  • Managing priorities and time effectively across multiple Projects/Change Requests
  • Ensuring that all requests from users are logged, updated and closed in line with operational level agreements.
  • Liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Tackling problems confidently and presenting reporting and data solutions

Are you the right candidate for the role?

  • The successful candidate should have a Degree level qualification in either programming software, an engineering discipline, or IT or information systems
  • Experience of developing reports using Power BI, MS SQL Server and SSRS as well as the ability to write and maintain complex SQL would be an advantage but full training will be given to the right candidate
