At the Shrubberies School, we are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and passionate leader who will be Head of Department, Middle School in the first instance. The successful candidate will have three days teaching time and two days per week no-contact, leadership time. The Shrubberies is a special school for pupils aged 2 to 19 who have severe or profound learning difficulties. We are looking for an experienced SLD/PMLD practitioner to lead and teach within this setting, as well as being a key member of the senior management team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a happy, valued and respected staff team.
