Do you want to work for an employer that has more of a social impact?

Maybe you are a support worker, and do not feel valued?

Either way we would like to hear from you.

We are CCP, an independent charity of around 250 staff and 100 volunteers across multiple counties and our purpose is to prevent the causes and reduce the effects of homelessness, family breakdown and exclusion.

We provide supported accommodation for vulnerable adults over the age of 18 years, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Hereford, Herefordshire. Some may or may not have complex needs, including ex-offenders and people with substance misuse or mental health needs.

The service helps turn their lives around by offering an alternative to homelessness services and supports the development of life skills. Tailored support packages, developed and delivered in conjunction with a range of key partners, will support a move back to independent living and integration within the community.

We are looking for a Support Worker who share our purpose, to join our expanding Accommodation based services team.

You'll provide practical and emotional support to individuals, helping to promote a greater level of independence.

You’ll do this in a trauma informed way (you will be thoroughly trained) and by building strong relationships with the individuals you support.
