Health & Social Care Lecturer

SGS College have an exciting opportunity for a Health & Social Care Lecturer at our Stroud campus.

Job description
(Salary is dependent on level of qualification and experience)

Contract Type: Permanent and Full-Time

Hours: 37 hours per week (Job Share Considered)

SGS College have an exciting opportunity for a Health & Social Care Lecturer at our Stroud campus.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Tutor, plan and deliver on the CACHE Health & Social Care Level 2 and 3 programmes
Assess work and feedback to learners verbally and written via MS Office & Teams
Support learners to achieve their qualification in collaboration with other colleagues
Complete internal quality assurance documents

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

Degree in and/or experience of Health & Social Care
Qualified Teacher Status, or willing to work towards
Internal Quality/Verification certificate
Knowledge of NCFE CACHE and quality processes
Experience of FE Sector

Closing Date: Sunday 28th November 2021

Expected Interview Date: w/c 6th December 2021

The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Disclosure Certificate, Enhanced with Children’s Barred list check, as a requirement of the job.
