Co Deputy Manager Residential - Complex

The Orchards and Offa’s Dyke homes support 20 adults with learning, PMLD, and associated physical disabilities and health needs.
Working alongside the existing management you will share responsibility for the home and staff team, fully supported by HR and H&S advisors. You will also benefit from working with colleagues across the charity as part of a supportive wider team and having an active role on the strategic future of the Trust.
You will bring a range of talents to Orchard Trust, based on your previous experience and will be widely supported in your growth and development. You will be driven by a passion to raise standards and deliver excellent quality service.
We are rural based so access to a car is essential.
